1. Returns

At Mayflower Clay, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt. Please note that all returns are at the buyer's expense. We do not offer exchanges.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

3. Return Procedure

Submit your return request via the contact form on the website. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with return instructions.

Carefully package the product and send it back to the provided return address. The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We pack our jewelry carefully to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. If your product is damaged upon receipt, please contact the carrier immediately.

5. Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived on time or you suspect it is lost, follow these steps:

Check the Tracking Information: First, check if there is an update available via the Tracking code you received. Sometimes there can be a delay that has not yet been updated.

Contact Us: If you cannot find an update or if the package has not arrived more than 5 business days after the expected delivery date, contact us via the contact form on the website. Provide your order number and Tracking code so we can investigate your situation.

Carrier Investigation

We will initiate an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. This investigation may take up to 14 days. The carrier will investigate the issue and attempt to trace the package. We will keep you informed of the progress.

Compensation for Loss

If the package is declared lost after the carrier's investigation, we will either reship your order or offer a refund. This depends on the availability of the products and your preference.

Reshipment: If possible, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you.

Refund: If the items are no longer available or if you prefer a refund, we will refund the purchase amount. The refund will be processed through the same payment method you used for the purchase.

6. Exclusions and Limitations

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for loss or delay of packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided during the ordering process.

Loss by Customer: If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier and you have not received it, no claim can be made for a lost package. In this case, you should contact the carrier to investigate what happened to your package.
